PACKAGING
All our products are packaged in a bag which is furthermore put into an original and discreet gift box. As a part of the order you will also receive a free gift from us. If requested we can also pack a gift card to go with your order (please state the precise text of the gift card on your order).

DELIVERY
All products are delivered in 1 to 4 weeks depending on the amount of material we have stored and the place of final destination.



PAYMENT
Shipping and payment conditions are a part of your order on www.jfrnightlife.com. Your credit card payments are processed through an international payment system which secures your credit card against abuse.


SIZES
Each type of garment comes in various sizes. JFR NightLife’s outfits are designed to fit in a universal way so that the customer does not have to worry about the sizes too much. This is achieved by the selection of special materials with 4 way stretch fabrics.


RETURNS
All our products are submitted to numerous and meticulous controls ensuring high quality. Nevertheless, returns might occur. We accept returns only for those products which have been damaged during the production process. Our return policy follows the regulations of the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic. As JFR NightLife we value our customers’ satisfaction and we want to retain the above standard of our services. This means that in case of a legitimate return demand, we immediately ensure the replacement for the same type of product.

REPLACEMENTS
It is possible for the customer to ship the outfit back and request a different size until 3 days from delivery; the shipping fee is paid by the customer. The original outfit has to be returned clean, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging, otherwise JFR NightLife reserves the right to refuse the replacement.
